Kurt Roembke graduated from Indiana University/Purdue University Fort Wayne with a double major in both Classical Guitar Performance and Audio Recording Technology. In his years at school he took up many personal and professional projects such as writing and performing a multimedia performance art piece inspired by John Cage, titled Hunting For Mushrooms. He also produced the exhibition, Copula, with sculptor Andrew Dubach that paired Dubach’s sculptures with Roembke’s experimental audio interpretations of them. While working on his many musical side projects with his music-mate Hope Arthur, he composes commissioned music for videos, podcasts, short films, and video games. Being a Director of live television at his local PBS station, he also shoots and edits videos on commission. Find more on his website, spaceowlproductions.com.
