Why I Create: En Hughey

En Hughey is an illustrator currently residing in Fort Wayne. They identify as gender nonbinary and creates work that focuses on exploration of worlds and their abstraction. They hold a Bachelors in Fine Art from Indiana University and have enjoyed two advanced drawing courses while studying abroad in Italy. As a metalsmith, they have volunteered at National Repair Day’s in Memphis and currently work commercially as a jewelers apprentice. En can often be found at local coffee shops and bars in the company of pens, sketchbooks, and a digital tablet.
