June 7 - 10: Hobnobben Film Festival

Come out and celebrate Fort Wayne's celebration of cinematic art at the third annual Hobnobben Film Festival. See stories told from around the globe starting Thursday, June 7th and going through Sunday, June 10th. Screenings will be held at Cinema Center, Parkview Physicians Group ArtsLab, and the Spectator Lounge.
The local favorite Blocknobben, film fest block party, at Arts United Center will be held Friday, June 8th with local vendors, food, and beer!
Hang out with filmmakers, learn about the art of moviemaking, and have lots of fun at the Hobnobben Film Festival!
May 16: Artist Talk: Japanese Woodblock Prints
Location: Fort Wayne Museum of Art,
The flowering of Japanese woodblock prints occurred during the Edo Period (1603-1868). The artists drew their subjects from literature, kabuki theater, the countryside, and nature reflecting the panorama of pleasurable activities that the citizens of Edo enjoyed in their daily lives. Receiving less attention were the Japanese printmakers who continued to work into the mid-20th century in Japan and here in the U.S. Featured in this talk will include works by Andō Hiroshige, Utagawa Kunisada, Junichiro Sekino, Hiroshi Yoshida, and Roger Shimomura.

May 18: LGBTQ+ Youth Art Show
Location: Wunderkammer Co, 3402 Fairfield Ave.
The Fort Wayne Center for Nonviolence and Wunderkammer Company are hosting an LGBTQ+ Youth Art Show.
Youth from the Center's LGBTQ+ Youth Support Group will be performing spoken word and displaying their art--including paintings, poetry, photography, jewelry, and clothes. Some of the jewelry, prints and paintings will be for sale.

This popular and prestigious juried outdoor show features the best of local and regional artists offering an array of masterful works in all mediums. Booths are nestled within the classic Courtyard setting throughout the Jefferson Pointe Shopping Center located on Fort Wayne’s southwest side. June 14 - July 11: Artwork by Joel Fremion & Gregg Coffey

Rhapsody Gallery is excited to bring together its first dual artist art exhibition with two artists who share a love for complex texture and wondrous design.
Indiana based fabric artist, Joel Fremion and oil painter, Gregg Coffey will share an exhibition of their favorite works at Rhapsody Art Gallery in Fort Wayne, IN. There will be an opening reception on June 14 from 6-10pm.
This monthly tour program is specially designed for individuals with an early-stage diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or other form of dementia. Tours are led by docents trained to effectively communicate with individuals with an early-stage diagnosis of dementia and are designed to be engaging for the individual and their care partners.
People who are interested in attending the monthly tours must be pre-screened through the Fort Wayne office of the Alzheimer's Association by calling 800.272.3900. Tours are free of charge for participants and their care partners and will take place the third Tuesday of each month at 2 p.m., each lasting about an hour.
